About Me
The world is crazy out there, and most of us are just plugging along, working day-in and day-out. Some of us are living paycheck to paycheck, and others are trying to find that edge in the stock market with the hopes of sending the kids to college. Whatever your money situation is, this blog will help you with uncomplicated information that the everyday person can use to get ahead. This blog is not for the 1% or even the top 20%, but for everyday people and families who want to improve their financial situation.
Money and finance have played an integral part of my life as it has for most. I was immediately drawn to the financial system and opened my first retirement account at 14. I earned a degree in Finance and a Master’s in Business to further my knowledge of our vast financial systems. I would later work as a financial analyst for a commercial loan company, become a landlord with multiple rental properties, and later become a finance officer with the U.S. Army. These varying experiences have taught me the skills and tips it takes to make it in the ever-changing world. Some of these money skills came much harder than others over the years, and I want to ensure that the everyday person has the money knowledge and can also flourish by using it.
“Everyday finances can be overwhelming, but with the right knowledge everyone can reach their financial goals.”
